Board Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on curriculum and program development
- Represent youth perspectives in organizational decision-making
- Assist in planning and executing youth-focused events
- Contribute to social media content and outreach strategies
- Participate in program evaluation and improvement initiatives
- Act as ambassadors for financial literacy in their communities
What the Board Will Shape
As a young organization, we're building with youth voices at the table from the start. The founding board will help us:
- Pressure-test each episode and coaching flow before it reaches other teens
- Prioritize the money topics that matter most to their peers
- Shape outreach so the program reaches students who need it
- Champion financial literacy in their own schools and communities

Application Process
We're always looking for passionate young individuals to join our Youth Advisory Board. Here's how you can apply:
- Review the eligibility criteria (ages 14-18, demonstrated interest in financial literacy)
- Complete the online application form
- Submit a short essay on why financial literacy is important to you
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher or community leader
- If selected, participate in a video interview with current board members
